16+ You can join the industry straight from school by following a Refrigeration Air conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.
18+ Study for an engineering or environmental science degree and join a graduate recuitment programme run by an employer
21+ Continue your studies with research opportunities at MSc or PhD level at a specialised University
